Minimum Order

The minimum order value is $10.00, excluding postage costs.  Orders under this amount will not be processed.

Pricing

All pricing is retail and is quoted in Australian dollars.  Prices quoted include the 10% GST.  Postage and Handling costs are additional and will be added to your order prior to checkout.  For more information please see "Shipping and Returns".

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

We do offer wholesale pricing on the German Scrap to retailers who meet the qualifying criteria.  To apply for a wholesale discount please send an email to contact@scraptivate.com.au with a copy of your ABN and business information.

Out of Stock Items

Whilst we endeavour to have adequate stock of all items listed on our website, there may be times when an item is temporarily unavailable.  We will contact you if any items you ordered are out of stock. You will have the option of having these items posted to you as soon as they arrive, substituting with a similar product or cancelling your order.  You will not be charged extra postage for backordered out of stock items

Payment

We accept the following payment types:

• Visa, Bankcard and Mastercard using Paypal
  We provide a secure online shopping service using Paypal.  You don't need a Paypal account to utilise this service.
  
• Pay by Phone
  If you prefer to contact us for payment you are quite welcome to do so.  We can take credit card payments over the phone, or if you prefer you can arrange to collect your order from our Joondanna store.  You will not be charged postage and handling fees if you pick up your order.
