Shipping

• We carefully wrap all orders to ensure you receive your products in the best possible condition.
• We aim to process all orders within 3 or 4 working days of payment being received.  There may be delays during especially busy periods.
• When paying by Cheque or Money order, please allow up to 5 working days for payment to clear.
• All orders are shipped using Australia Post.
• International orders will be shipped by either Air Mail or Economy Mail.

Postage Rates

• Postage for the Cuttlebug machine is $15.00 within Australia.
• A flat postage rate of $6.50 applies to all Australian orders excluding the Cuttlebug machine.
• For International Order please check the Postage Calculator to establish postage costs.
• We will not ship the Cuttlebug machine internationally.
• Scraptivate will not be held responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Goods

• If you believe your product to be faulty, please email us for a return authorisation prior to posting the item back to us.
• If deemed faulty you will be fully refunded both the cost of the item and postage costs.
• Credit will not apply to items that are damaged in transit.
• All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
• We will not refund or exchange any item if you simply change your mind.
